We can text you advice and pictures of our beautiful collections, or we can arrange a one-to-one virtual appointment over the phone. We are here to help and we miss seeing customer in our boutique so much, so do get in touch.

When will I still receive my order?

We are still delivering your orders as usual but please note there are some delays to our service.

We will lovingly post your order via Royal Mail as usual, but please note that orders will be shipped out of our boutique 1 or 2 times per week and therefore your order may take slightly longer to arrive than usual. Royal Mail has also advised that delivery is a little longer and that they cannot guarantee their next day delivery service. Please know that we are doing our best to get your order to you as safely and as quickly as possible.

How can I return my order?

If you need to return your order for an exchange or a refund then we have made our returns policy flexible to take into account the current situation.

Currently the post office is still open and you can continue to return parcels to us this way. As our boutique is closed, please contact us at info@carolinerandell.co.uk requesting a return and we will provide you with the full details of how to do this, including an alternative returns address.

We understand that our previous 14 day return deadline may be difficult and so we have extended this to 30 days. If this is still not possible, or if you are unable to get to a post office due to isolation, then please get in touch with us. We are here to help and will work with you as flexibly as we can.
