Delivery & Returns
UK Customers:
Standard Royal Mail delivery is £3.95 or FREE on orders over £125.
Express Next Day Delivery is £6.95 or FREE on orders over £500.
(Place order by 3pm for same-day dispatch).
USA Customers:
Standard Delivery DDP (delivered duties paid) - Royal Mail International / USPS - $25 (5-18 working days)
Express Delivery DDP (delivered duties paid) - DHL Express - $50 (2-3 working days)
All US orders are sent DDP - duties & taxes are included, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Europe & Worldwide Customers:
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail International - £15 (5-18 working days)
Express Delivery - DHL Express - £28 (2-3 working days)
Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are sent DDU (delivered duties unpaid) - you may be asked to pay import duties, local taxes (such as VAT) and a carrier handling fee set by your own country before your parcel is delivered.

Gift Wrapping
You can choose to have your purchase lovingly gift wrapped where your order will arrive in our exclusively designed and branded embossed gift box, with our signature tissue paper, topped with a silky ribbon bow.
Returns
It’s super easy to return your purchase. Just pop your item in the post (we suggest using a traceable method) and we will happily exchange any item free of charge or refund your purchase.
