The Caresse is built around Simone Pérèle's brilliant 3D spacer technology — a three-dimensional knitted fabric that is breathable, lightweight, and completely smooth under clothing. It is the T-shirt bra for anyone who wants to feel as though they are wearing nothing at all.

What makes the spacer fabric so exceptional — particularly in summer — is the breathability. Unlike traditional moulded foam cups, the 3D spacer construction allows air to circulate, which means the Caresse is as comfortable on the warmest days as it is in winter. The cups are seamless with no stitching, no lace texture, and no lines — just a clean, smooth, rounded shape that disappears completely under even the most fitted T-shirt or top. The plunge shape is soft rather than severe — it curves gently around the bust to give genuine support and a beautiful silhouette without a neckline so low that it limits what you can wear. It works beautifully under a wide range of necklines.

A note on sizing — the Caresse runs ever so slightly generous in the cup. If you are between sizes, we recommend going down a cup. We stock it from a B to a G cup in the 316 plunge spacer shape — the original and best. Colours include the classic black and Peau Rose — a beautiful warm skin tone — alongside a lovely seasonal colour that changes each year. The soft lace detailing at the straps and band adds a genuinely pretty finishing touch — this is a functional bra that also happens to be lovely.

Is the Caresse bra good under T-shirts?

It is possibly the best T-shirt bra we stock. What size should I order in the Simone Pérèle Caresse?

The Caresse runs slightly generous in the cup — if you are between sizes or on the fuller side of your cup, we recommend going down a cup. For example, if you are a full D cup, try the C first.
