Boutique Reopening 15th June | Read our safe & friendly plans

It feels like a long road to the reopening of the boutique, we are so thrilled to be opening on 15th June (be it in a slightly different format). Thank you for all your support, well wishes and purchases on our website – it means so much. We have had many messages about our reopening and I’m pleased to announce we are only days away!

We have been working super hard on creating our plan of clever ways to keep you and the team safe while still offering the magic of shopping and having an expert fitting service. Our plan ensures the pleasure of shopping in a real boutique is still there. Our collections are waiting to be discovered and we can’t wait to see you, hear your stories, and share a love of lingerie with you! Please read below for our details on how to visit us.

By Appointment

We will be open by appointment (as well as limited drop-ins). We feel the best way to operate safely and to still give you our very best service is to run by appointment where you will have a reserved fitting room, deeply cleaned and ready for you. We will keep at a safe distance at all times and fit you by eye (which is pretty magic). We’ll have you wearing perfectly fitting bras and swimwear in seconds! Each appointment will last for a maximum of 50 minutes (or longer by request), allowing 10 minutes between customers to carefully clean.

Browsing

You can pop by to browse our beautiful collections at your leisure, but just to note that our fittings rooms may not be available. We will safely allow 2 customers in the boutique at any one time so there may be possible queuing outside.

Virtual Fitting

For those not wanting to go shopping we also provide a one-to-one virtual fitting appointment via WhatsApp/Facetime where we can fit you by eye and show you the ideal collections for you. This service has worked so well during the past few months. We can then post your purchase to you or offer curbside pick-up. Book via info@carolinerandell | Whatsapp

Clever safety measures

We will kindly ask you to wash your hands with our antibacterial gel pump at the entrance and we will also have several wash points around the shop for you to use. A safe distance will be maintained at all times and we will have masks and gloves available. Our French doors to the garden and the window in our fitting room will be open to allow maximum ventilation. Please be assured that we will constantly clean the shop between customers, cleaning the fitting rooms, steaming curtains and wiping all high touchpoints throughout. The credit card machine will be sterilised just before use too. We will allow 2 customers in at any one time, and kindly ask you to wait outside before entering. Any stock that has been tried on will be thoroughly steam cleaned and held off the shop floor for a period of time.

New opening times

We have always wondered whether to close on a Sunday to ensure that the team get quality weekend time with family. We are going to trial closing on Sundays for the time being and will relook at this depending on demand.

Here are our opening hours:

Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm

Sunday: Closed

Unless there are any changes in the guidelines in the meantime, the above is our plan and we really hope this will give you the confidence to visit us. Shopping can be such a pleasurable experience and we hope that a visit to us is special and rather magical.
